Welcome to Signs Designs, DTF Transfers & More. By using our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices, product options, and availability may change without notice.

Custom orders may require additional information, artwork approval, or a separate quote before production begins.

Custom Products

Many of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. This includes:

  • DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

  • Custom Signs & Banners

  • Vehicle & Fleet Graphics

  • Color-Change Wraps

  • Custom Decals

  • Screen Printed Apparel

  • Custom Business Advertising Products

Once production begins, custom orders may not be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted artwork before ordering, including:

  • Spelling

  • Dimensions

  • Resolution

  • Colors

  • Transparency

  • Design placement

For DTF printing, we recommend PNG files, transparent backgrounds, and 300 DPI resolution.

Our maximum DTF printing width is 33.5 inches.

Signs Designs is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied or approved artwork.

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other designs, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use and reproduce the submitted material.

Signs Designs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations caused by customer-supplied artwork.

Pricing & Bulk Orders

DTF volume discounts may include:

50+ feet — 5% off
100+ feet — 10% off
More than 150 feet — Contact us for special pricing

Special pricing, promotions, and discounts may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Shipping & Pickup

Eligible orders may be shipped for a $10 flat-rate shipping fee, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Production Times

Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, artwork, materials, and current production schedule.

Estimated completion or delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Vehicle Wraps & Installed Graphics

Customers are responsible for approving the final design, placement, vehicle information, and project details before production or installation.

Pricing may vary based on the vehicle, condition, coverage, material, design requirements, and installation complexity.

Returns & Refunds

Because most of our products are customized, returns and refunds are limited. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Signs Designs, DTF Transfers & More will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper product use, incorrect customer-provided information, application errors, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
